Reservation & Payment
A non-refundable retainer is required to secure the event date. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 14 days prior to the event. Failure to submit payment by the due date may result in cancellation of services.
Cancellation Policy
The 15% retainer is non-refundable and is required to reserve your event date.
If you cancel your booking more than 30 days before your event, you may choose one of the following:
- Transfer your retainer to a new event date (subject to availability), or
- Receive a refund of 50% of any payments made beyond the non-refundable retainer.
If you cancel within 30 days of your event, all payments made are non-refundable.
Setup Requirements
The Client is responsible for providing a safe, level setup area and access to a standard electrical outlet. Lina's Boothtique reserves the right to refuse setup or discontinue services in unsafe weather conditions or environments that may damage equipment or endanger staff.
Equipment Protection
The Client assumes responsibility for any damage to equipment caused by guests, attendees, venue staff, or vendors due to negligence, misuse, vandalism, or intentional acts. The Client may be held financially responsible for repair or replacement costs.
Event Delays
Rental time begins and ends according to the contracted schedule. Delays caused by the Client, venue, guests, or other vendors do not extend service time unless additional hours are purchased and approved.
Additional Time
Additional booth time requested during the event is subject to availability and will be billed at Lina's Boothtique's current hourly rate.
Digital Deliverables
Lina's Boothtique currently provides digital photos, GIFs, boomerangs, and related digital media. Printed photos are not included unless specifically agreed upon in writing. Digital galleries are typically delivered within 72 hours after the event.
Service Interruptions
In the unlikely event of equipment malfunction, internet disruption, power failure, or circumstances beyond reasonable control, liability shall be limited to a reasonable prorated refund based on services not provided.
Force Majeure
Lina's Boothtique shall not be liable for failure to perform due to severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, venue closures, emergencies, illness, power outages, or other events beyond reasonable control.
Guest Conduct
Lina's Boothtique reserves the right to suspend or terminate services without refund if any guest, attendee, or vendor creates unsafe, abusive, threatening, or hostile working conditions.
Limitation of Liability
Lina's Boothtique shall not be liable for any personal injury, property damage, lost profits, consequential damages, or claims arising from the use of the photo booth services beyond the amount paid by the Client.
Marketing & Promotional Use
Unless otherwise requested in writing, Lina's Boothtique may use photographs, videos, booth setup images, and event content for marketing, website, portfolio, advertising, and social media purposes.

By checking the box, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
